"His slogan is " My Man Stan" , Stan is only out for Stan. His office is absolutely robbing it's customers blind. Shop around before settling for State Farm."

"Mrs. Wren, I am sorry you are dissatisfied. After meeting with your husband and having several members of our team (including myself) work for several hours to try and reduce your premium, we were sad to see you leave for another company. I know you are upset about your premium increase, but as an agent for State Farm we have no control of your premium, that is controlled completely by the company. After many years with another State Farm agent, you transferred your policies to our office only 4 months ago. When you sent us a quote from another company, we did everything we could to lower you premium but were not able to match the rate. That simply is not the way insurance works. The company sets the rates and that is what we have to work with. While State Farm has been the #1 auto insurance company in the US for decades, we have never claimed to be the cheapest. I wish you the best with your new insurance company."

"The office manager Judy does not document important information regarding insurance policies in the system. I contacted Judy six months ago to see what could be done about a vehicle that was inoperable on my policy. Judy told me that she could not suspend the policy. I spoke to a newer agent and informed me that the insurance policy could be suspended up to six months. I've paid for two vehicles for the last six months when I could've put the other vehicle on suspension $420 loss. When I asked for an apology she would not provide one for failure to provide proper information regarding my policy. In fact, I've never had a lapse or late payment. I had to contact Corporate Donna to see what could be done whom was very helpful. Judy told me that I couldn't make any changes until the payment was process a few days from now. The process has been very frustrating. If you have a darker skin tone, please bypass this location as the customer service you will receive is subpar. Update October 10, 2023 I've reached out to this office regarding the six months suspension status. I received a text message confirming rather or not I wanted my vehicle suspended. As soon as State Farm submitted the information I received a fine from the DMV. The agent did mention that I needed to turn my tag in which was fine. However, the agent never said that they'll fine me right away for not carrying insurance on an inoperable vehicle. I questioned the fine which the customer service representative mentioned that the suspension coverage is not legal coverage under state law that it should be cancelled altogether. My policy amount is not consistent and is continuing to increase each month with one vehicle. The agent at this location has it where it is a multi-car 2 autos policy which it isn't. I have one vehicle that I drive and other is parked in my yard. I'm extremely disappointed. I feel like the increase is insurance discrimination against a minority since I left this review."

"45 days into trying to switch one of our cars over to GA insurance, nothing but empty promises, no return calls, and now I cant get through. We have been told multiple times it will take a few days and they would call back, that was March 31 2021, it is now April 29 2021 and still no insurance, no insurance means no registration, no registration means you get pulled over - luckily the Police have been understanding ( we do have full coverage from another State) I will never do business with someone like this. Update: As of mid May and several more attempts at reaching Stan, we finally reached out to another Agent, and we had insurance and registration with minutes."
